Don't Let Stress Hijack Your Ride

by Camilla Adams

We are all like different kinds of cars. Some of us are race cars ( we like to be busy and live a fast paced life) some are minivans (we are economical, practical, reliable but able to handle a lot of things at once ) some of us are tractors (slow and steady but we get the job done, not able to go faster than we are able) some of us are vintage (beautiful and cultured but at the point in our life we need to be garaged and only go out for a joy ride every now and then).  Stress is something we all experience. If we realize what kind of car we are and handle our stress accordingly we will always be in control of our ride instead of letting stress dictate how we drive.
